TCPA consent notice

The exact consent language every form on this site posts to our system when you submit it, and what it means.

The consent language

The reviewed consent language has not been published yet. Online offer submissions remain paused until it is configured.

What this means

When online submissions are enabled, the TCPA consent checkbox is unchecked by default. You have to explicitly check it for the form to submit. When you do, we log a consent record that includes the exact configured text displayed on this page, a timestamp (in UTC and local time), your IP address, and your browser's user agent.

Revoking consent

You can revoke consent at any time. Text "STOP" to an SMS we send, or email hello@asismadeeasy.com with the subject line "Revoke consent." We will process the request and retain any minimum consent record required for legal or compliance purposes.

What "autodialed or prerecorded" means

The disclosure covers live calls, texts, email, and technology that may automate or prerecord a contact. Consent is not a condition of receiving a service or reviewing an offer.
